Stone Ridge is a wonderful, not so new community. It is very diverse, and you will see all ages of people here. Children playing, families walking. Location wise, it is ideal, right off of rt 50, so easy access to I-66. In near future a commuter lot will be opened and also future silver line metro will pass from here.
Shopping is very convenient, with so many shops and coffee places right there. You dont have to go anywhere far, you can do groceries, have coffee and ice cream etc. The new library is just across the road, as well as the hospital.
The area schools are good and ratings can be checked at greatschools.com
The community has pools, tot lots, tennis courts, and community centre.
And, no I don't work for them :)
There homes are very open and very lighted,I have sold a few homes there, and know the layout. They are very nice.,whether, townhomes, or Single family homes.

More homes in the market, home buyers get more choices!!

Finally there is good news for the home buyers, they can expect more home inventory and this more choices in Fall 2021. In the residential real estate market, trends generally follow a predictable and seasonal pattern. Typically, the number of homes available for sale (or active monthly listings) peaks in the fall. If we look at the active monthly listings for 2021 , we’ll see that the number of homes on the market has increased fairly steadily since spring this year. New  data from realtor.com  shows that the number of homes available for sale inched up 5.7% in August. That follows 8.8% and 10.4% inventory gains, respectively, in June and July.
